- 5–8 years drafting and negotiating commercial technology agreements
- In-house experience at a SaaS, infrastructure, AI, cloud, developer tools, enterprise software, or high-growth technology company
- Experience with customer agreements, vendor agreements, partner agreements, NDAs, MSAs, order forms, DPAs, security addenda
- Experience with SaaS, cloud, or technology contracting including data privacy, security, IP, confidentiality, indemnity, limitation of liability, and AI/LLM usage
- Ability to independently manage negotiations and know when to escalate
- Admitted to practice law in applicable jurisdiction; California admission preferred or ability to register as in-house counsel in California

- Law firm and in-house experience mix
- Experience supporting partnerships, alliances, channel, reseller, marketplace, referral, integration, co-sell, or other ecosystem arrangements
- Experience building or improving legal processes, contracting workflows, approval paths, templates, playbooks, or vendor review processes
- Experience with Ironclad or another contract lifecycle management platform
