## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy program
- 0–1 year related work experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or achievement within 30 days of hire
- English communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to multitask and organize work
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to commute to satellite offices as needed

- 2–4 years related work experience
