## Required

- Experience with LLM, ML platform, data, or infrastructure teams owning critical shared systems
- Understanding of reliability, latency, cost, and quality scaling challenges
- Ability to work across backend, infrastructure, libraries, and product code
- Comfortable debugging across system layers
- Able to align stakeholders and drive execution in ambiguous spaces

## Nice to have

- 2-4 years experience as a Software Engineer
- Applied AI product development experience (prompting, evals, model integrations, quality measurement)
- Experience building and scaling data processing pipelines with Apache Spark or Ray
- Full-stack TypeScript and Node.js experience
- MLOps and ML serving infrastructure experience
