- 8+ years of hands-on software and application engineering for cloud-native, enterprise, or SaaS environments
- Design and deliver AI-native applications using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic systems
- Strong proficiency in Python libraries and frameworks for AI/ML
- Integrate agentic AI into complex business processes
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Mentor teams and establish development best practices
- Own application delivery end-to-end from design through production operations
- Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams

## Nice to have

- Exposure to SAP AI technologies such as SAP AI Core, Vectorization, Joule Studio, RPT-1, and Business Data Cloud
