## Required

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Ph.D. with 4+ years of industry experience
- Extensive experience designing and simulating DFB lasers including InP epi design
- Industrial experience developing DFB lasers in high-volume manufacturing and product qualification

## Nice to have

- Project leadership experience
- Statistical analysis of photonic component test data using JMP or MATLAB/Python
- MATLAB programming experience
- Familiarity with Cadence and KLayout layout tools
- System-level optical link modeling expertise
- Published research in peer-reviewed photonics journals
