## Required

- 8–10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience
- Significant experience sourcing technology products and services
- Experience negotiating complex, high-value technology agreements including cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of SaaS, software licensing, cloud infrastructure, data services, cybersecurity, telecommunications and developer tools
- Proven track record delivering measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing
- Experience managing complex negotiations with large technology vendors
- Strong commercial and financial acumen including pricing analysis and total cost of ownership evaluation
- Experience building or improving procurement processes and vendor management practices
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills managing multiple simultaneous negotiations and sourcing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- Experience negotiating large-scale agreements with AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
- Experience in streaming media, digital media, technology or technology-intensive environments
- Experience within large corporate procurement organizations or coordinating across affiliated companies
- Experience with procurement platforms, spend analytics and contract lifecycle management tools
- Familiarity with FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization
- Experience scaling a procurement function in a rapidly growing organization
- Knowledge of or passion for sports
