- High school diploma or equivalent

- Material flows and manufacturing process understanding
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check
- Drug and alcohol program participation

## Nice to have

- MRP/ERP software experience (Oracle, SAP, SAGE, or Infor)
- Metal or electrical manufacturing background
- ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems experience
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma training
- Advanced Infor Visual Manufacturing experience
