- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, VPN)
- Active Directory administration (GPO, LDAP, DNS integration, user/group management)
- Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
- Linux server administration (Ubuntu/RHEL/CentOS)
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation
- U.S. Person status for ITAR/export-control eligibility

## Nice to have

- PKI and certificate lifecycle management experience
- Domain management and DNS registrar administration
- ITSM platform familiarity (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
