## Required

- 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in content operations, media asset management, metadata, or taxonomy work
- Experience with content management systems, digital asset management platforms, or structured media libraries
- Ability to apply metadata accurately and consistently to high-volume content while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to reason through classification and tagging decisions

## Nice to have

- Understanding of video creation and post-production processes
- Familiarity with video compression and formats
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop
- Background or interest in health, fitness, or kinesiology
