## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fabricate thermal blankets to engineering specifications
- Operate industrial sewing machines and hot knives safely
- Perform quality control checks
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD schematics
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity with small components

## Nice to have

- Aerospace or industrial insulation manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of aerospace film materials
- Pattern making or custom sewing experience
