## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 2–4 years manufacturing or production experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly and test
- Hand tool proficiency including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools and air tools
- Soldering ability
- Good manual dexterity
- Basic computer operation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram and schedule instructions
- U.S. person status for ITAR compliance

- Vocational training in electronics or solder certification
- Blueprint and schematic reading
- Lean Manufacturing methodology knowledge
