## Required

- Retail or customer service experience
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch safely
- Wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
- Work minimum 16 hours per week with specified availability (3 Peak Days or 2 Peak Days + 2 Non-Peak Days)
- 18 years or older
