## Required

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in production management, logistics, or equivalent
- Significant experience in production planning
- Significant experience ideally in aerospace or industrial sector
- Intermediate English for coordination with German teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and procedure compliance
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and unexpected events

## Nice to have

- Experience with planning tools like Planisware or Visual Planning
- Familiarity with production management software
