## Required

- Demonstrable track record of building and shipping modern web applications end-to-end
- Experience with agentic development flows where agents consume marketing and documentation content
- Ability to design polished, responsive web interfaces with minimal specification
- Business-owner mindset with strong data intuition around conversion, activation, and measurement
- Enthusiasm for developer-facing AI infrastructure
- In-person work in NYC office required

## Nice to have

- Deep SEO, AEO, structured content, or agentic discoverability knowledge
- Experience with marketing sites, docs, or product-led-growth surfaces at developer tools, infrastructure, or AI companies
- Familiarity with Svelte, SvelteKit, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite, MDX/SVX, and Sanity
- Experience with Segment, Snowflake, PostHog, Sentry, Algolia, DocSearch, Fillout, Pylon, and Ashby
- Design and execution of growth experiments, A/B tests, and funnel instrumentation
- Portfolio demonstrating polished sites, documentation systems, interactive demos, or growth experiments
