## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- English communication (written, reading, oral)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Legible handwriting
- Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs from floor to shoulder height
- Ability to climb stairs and vertical ladders
- Ability to wear all required safety equipment
- Pass a company-approved physical examination

## Nice to have

- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Ability to transpose information to quality documents accurately
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
