## Required

- 4+ years aerospace mechanical or related field experience
- experience with flight hardware in production environments
- technical skills in fastening, torque, retention, testing, avionics, and bonding
- effective verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
- ability to set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools
- ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
- ability to navigate uneven terrain safely
- ability to crouch, bend, squat, and kneel as needed
- ability to reach and extend arms overhead for assembly tasks

## Nice to have

- FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
- electromechanical build proficiency
- propulsion systems and components knowledge
