## Required

- 6–8 years in business systems, sales systems, revenue systems, or GTM systems with Salesforce as primary platform
- Deep sales process knowledge including territory and account coverage, lead qualification and routing, and pipeline hygiene
- Experience across quote-to-cash, CPQ, territory and lead routing, or adjacent revenue processes
- Ability to read data models, Salesforce Flow, and Apex code to design against technical constraints
- Single accountable ownership of a program spanning four or more functions that changed how a revenue organization operates daily
- Demonstrated experience delivering programs into core systems on release processes you did not control
- Experience re-scoping programs mid-flight when business priorities or conditions changed
- Ability to decline requests with executive backing while maintaining relationships and protecting architectural or pricing discipline

## Nice to have

- Owned a core Salesforce object domain (Account, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity) through a full redesign
- Traced a Salesforce field through to usage records and provisioning steps, identifying downstream failure modes
- Experience with cloud marketplace operations including AWS or GCP private offers, co-sell, and entitlement mapping
- Experience with usage-based billing systems such as Metronome or Orb and CRM-to-billing reconciliation
- LangChain or LangGraph experience or enthusiasm for learning from the product builders
