- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Advanced Excel modeling skills

- Skilled in fair value measurements or valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Accounting and executive leadership

## Nice to have

- Background in specialty finance, fintech, banking, or consumer lending
- Familiarity with ASC 820 Fair Value measurements
- Knowledge of servicing assets or mortgage/loan servicing
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools
- NetSuite experience
