A manufacturing engineer will own the design and production processes for fluid systems hardware on Relativity's Terran R rocket, from tooling and assembly planning through welding work cells and quality procedures. ## Required

- Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering
- Minimum 2+ years building and testing hardware in a manufacturing environment
- Experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, and production personnel
- Extensive experience managing large scope of ownership
- Extensive experience authoring work instructions and/or test procedures for mechanical and/or fluid assemblies
- Demonstrated ability to define and own a process from scratch and communicate it to a diverse team

## Nice to have

- Understanding of orbital tube welding, tube bending, TIG welding, metallic fabrication, assembly procedures, and tooling design
- Strong understanding of GD&T and drafting principles
- Working knowledge of typical manufacturing execution systems and quality management systems
- Working knowledge of rocket subsystems including structures, mechanisms, high pressure gas systems, and/or avionics
