## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 4+ years logic design and RTL development experience (or Master's with 3+ years)
- RTL coding in Verilog
- SoC integration, clocking, and low-power design expertise
- Timing, power convergence, and physical implementation optimization strategies
- Clock Domain Crossing techniques
- Network-on-Chip architecture experience
- AMBA protocol experience (CHI, AXI, AHB, APB)

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience from specification through timing closure on at least one SoC or ASIC design
