## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent plus 8+ years relevant sales/clinical/healthcare experience, OR associate degree plus 6+ years experience, OR bachelor degree plus 4+ years experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- Ability to travel within assigned territory

## Nice to have

- Orthopedic, spine, or operating room sales experience
- Ability to sell in surgeon-partnership environments and new procedures
- Leadership experience and value-added program selling
- Knowledge of spinal anatomy and ability to explain surgical landmarks after training
- Thrives in variable, rapidly changing environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with high accountability
