- 14+ years of related work experience
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in development or production
- Execute engineering for program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
- Experience on development and production programs
- Support or manage engineering release processes
- Mentor early career engineers
- Fundamental knowledge of radar systems, seeker CONOPs, or seeker architectures
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship

## Nice to have

- Excellent problem-solving and complex systems analysis skills
- Familiarity with technical proposal development
- Familiarity with test equipment design and validation
