## Required

- 10+ years enterprise technology, systems engineering, or platform engineering experience with significant Salesforce ecosystem background
- 5+ years leading Salesforce engineering, architecture, or administration teams
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams and improve engineering quality
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce across architecture, development, integrations, data, security, and automation
- Experience establishing modern Salesforce development practices including source control, CI/CD, testing, and environment management
- Strong architectural judgment balancing business needs with scalability, reliability, security, and technical debt
- Experience setting technology strategy and roadmaps across complex business processes
- Track record of adopting AI to improve engineering, development, operations, or team productivity
- Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders
- Pragmatic leadership style with high ownership and bias toward action
