- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to mentor and develop product teams
- Strategic thinking and roadmap development skills

## Nice to have

- Master's degree
- SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or PSPO certification
- Agile methodology experience
- Experience evaluating or scaling AI-enabled capabilities
