## Required

- RO or SRO license or SRO Certification
- Expertise or familiarity with power plant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly in writing and verbally
- Ability to present training material to varied class sizes
- Organizational and administrative skills for accredited training delivery
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Pass NRC security requirements

## Nice to have

- Technical expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance, health physics, or chemistry
- General instructor qualification
- Simulator booth operator qualification
- Simulator floor instructor qualification
