- SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test passage
- Physically located in Overland Park, KS and working hybrid from office
- Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or agent-centric model
- Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills
- Comfortable in structured, performance-driven environment with defined KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to build trust quickly
- Strong time management, organization, and pipeline management skills
- Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products
