## Required

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 2+ years of space or aviation RF and communications system design experience
- Link budget calculation including atmospheric and environmental effects
- Antenna design and analysis experience
- RF component evaluation and selection experience
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

## Nice to have

- Software defined radio design, implementation and testing
- Legacy and emerging satellite communications modulation and coding experience
- Antenna design, implementation and testing
- Radio design from component level
- Optical communications links experience
- Networking and networked RF communication links experience
- CCSDS standards knowledge
- Master's degree or higher
- Current SSBI or TS/SCI clearance
