## Required

- 12+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or equity research experience
- 5+ years leading teams
- Proven track record interpreting enterprise-level P&L performance and drivers
- Ability to build financial models and work directly with data
- Deep expertise in consolidated P&L management, scenario planning, and financial modeling
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Ability to present confidently to senior leadership
- Demonstrated fluency with AI/GenAI tools applied to finance workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

## Nice to have

- MBA, CPA, or CFA credential
- Experience in a public, global, multi-segment organization
- Direct exposure to executive and Board reporting and earnings analysis
- Track record of leading finance transformation, systems implementation, or AI/automation initiatives
- Working knowledge of EPM platforms like OneStream
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
