## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years in program management, accelerator management, startup operations, or related life sciences industry role
- Understanding of startup ecosystem and life sciences company challenges
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to work on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana
