## Required

- 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex problems end-to-end
- Direct experience with identity, access management, enterprise administration, or security-adjacent product work
- Systems thinking about how platform decisions ripple across products and teams
- Track record of driving alignment and delivering outcomes across engineering, security, and GTM functions without formal authority
- Experience building business cases for security, compliance, or infrastructure investments with long or indirect ROI
- Technical fluency discussing identity, auth, and security infrastructure tradeoffs with engineers
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication

## Nice to have

- Deep familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC), passkeys/WebAuthn, or RBAC design patterns
- Experience navigating SOC 2, GDPR, or enterprise security review processes as a PM
- Hands-on Mixpanel user
- Experience at a company navigating single-product to multiproduct platform complexity
