## Required

- J.D. and active U.S. state bar membership
- At least 7 years of legal experience in technology transactions
- Experience advising on customer and vendor agreements, privacy, and data protection
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently

## Nice to have

- In-house experience at a SaaS or cloud infrastructure company
- Experience advising Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Security teams
- Familiarity with AI, open source licensing, or international data protection
- Experience with enterprise customers or strategic partnerships
