## Required

- 5+ years software quality engineering experience
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP experience
- Ability to derive test strategies and test cases from software requirements
- Systematic, detail-oriented mindset with bug-finding ability
- Ability to explain quality concepts and guide test execution
- Comfortable in Agile environments with regular releases

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of product compliance regulations (GHS/CLP, REACH, dangerous goods transport)
- Prior chemical or process industry experience
- Test automation experience in SAP environments (ABAP Unit, OPA5, BTP-based testing)
- Experience with test management and ticketing systems
- ERP process knowledge in Sales & Delivery, Purchasing, or Transportation Management
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
