## Required

- 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, climb ladders, and operate lifts
- Basic math skills including percentages, fractions, and measurements
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CMMS

## Nice to have

- Industrial maintenance diploma or current enrollment in technical school
