## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, construction, or project environment
- 1+ years in applications, project estimating, or technical sales
- Understanding of low-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Working knowledge of NEC and relevant industry standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Drug and alcohol program participation (safety-sensitive position)

## Nice to have

- Experience with modular building construction
- Industrial controls and automation systems experience
- Familiarity with UL standards compliance
- Hands-on experience with QA/QC and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
