- 8+ years in customer-facing engineering, platform engineering, professional services, SRE, or software engineering
- Hands-on software engineering and implementation experience

- Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure expertise
- Experience building automation frameworks, deployment tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or migration tooling
- Strong Linux, networking, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps proficiency
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Programming experience in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or Lua
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or GitOps
- US Citizen eligible to support Government/Public Sector Customers

## Nice to have

- Prior experience at API Management, Open Source, Middleware, SaaS, or Infrastructure software companies
- Strong builder mindset and ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving enterprise environments
