- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional AI initiatives
- Direct an AI architect and engineering team
- Align AI initiatives across the organization with business outcomes
- Drive responsible AI governance and adoption programs
- Own product strategy and multi-year roadmap for enterprise AI
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives
- Build executive-level relationships and translate business strategy into technology priorities

## Nice to have

- 10–15 years of technology delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in hospitality, travel, retail, or enterprise commerce
- Background leading AI/ML, agentic, or data product initiatives
- Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and tooling including LLMs and productivity tools like Copilot or Claude
- Experience with build-vs-buy decisions and platform strategy
