- Experience coding prototypes in Python or modeling frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Ability to influence cross-functional strategy and align solutions with business goals
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong Computer Science and Data Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, performance complexity, data analysis, model training, and MLOps

- Experience with Machine Learning systems on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
