- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of manufacturing experience
- Advanced understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Minimum 80% time on production floor
- Simulation software experience (e.g., SIMIO)
- CAD tools experience (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Strong data analysis skills with Minitab, Excel, and SQL
- U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee status
- Ability to travel within Continental U.S. and internationally

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree (MBA or MS)
- Experience ramping production from low to high volumes
- 3D printing software, equipment, and materials experience
- Prototyping and visual design iteration capability
