- 8-10 years in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering

- Deep understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
- Container orchestration with Kubernetes
- Monitoring and observability implementation with debugging and performance tuning
- Incident management and response leadership
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills across engineering levels
- Willingness to debug and improve any stack layer
