## Summary

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI infrastructure deployments and capacity expansions for a vertically integrated data center operator, coordinating across engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams to deliver new compute capacity on schedule. This role suits experienced technical project managers comfortable managing multiple complex initiatives in parallel and driving cross-functional alignment in fast-moving environments.

## Required

- 5+ years technical project or program management experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, construction, or hardware deployments
- Demonstrated ability to own complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution and handoff
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, networking, cabling, servers, storage, and GPU systems
- Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Ability to identify risks early, understand impacts, and drive mitigation strategies
- Experience coordinating external vendors and partners against defined scopes and schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical information for leadership
- Ability to travel to Crusoe Spark and data center locations as needed

## Nice to have

- Experience with capacity expansion projects within existing production environments
- Familiarity with commissioning and operational readiness processes
- Background in cloud services or AI infrastructure
