## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years in regulated medical device or pharmaceutical environment
- At least 3 years coordinating post-market surveillance and quality assurance
- Demonstrated microbiology laboratory competence including microscopy and Gram staining
- Knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to travel up to 10%

## Nice to have

- Master's degree or ASQ certification
- 4-6 years post-market surveillance and CAPA experience
- Advanced statistical analysis tools like Minitab or quality engineering certifications
- Working knowledge of USP 61 & 62
