- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years guest booking, talent relations, production, journalism, podcasting, or digital media experience
- Understanding of podcast, YouTube, and digital creator ecosystems
- Knowledge of current events in technology, politics, public policy, media, and business
- Strong editorial judgment for identifying resonant guests
- Experience building professional relationships with high-profile guests and representatives
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong written communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience booking guests for podcasts, digital video, livestreams, or broadcast media
- Existing network in technology, policy, journalism, media, or creator communities
- Experience supporting long-form interview formats and opinion-focused content
