## Required

- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Authorization to work in the US

## Nice to have

- Passion for airline industry and airport operations
- Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in operations or analytics
- Experience with simulation, statistical analysis, or mathematical modeling
- Experience building dashboards or querying databases with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python
- Interest in airline operations and continuous improvement
