- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in talent development, L&D, leadership development, coaching, or organizational development
- Demonstrated experience building Individual Development Plans and coaching managers
- Experience designing and facilitating manager and leadership development programs
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development experience
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Strong business judgment translating priorities into development solutions
- Strong consulting and relationship-building skills with ability to influence without direct authority
- Project management and program execution skills
- Willingness to travel periodically to firm offices

## Nice to have

- Experience in venture capital, financial services, consulting, or professional services
- Experience supporting both investment and corporate functions
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve learning or organizational capability
