- Experience evaluating, integrating, and operationalizing data vendors and data pipelines
- Technical fluency in real-time/streaming decisioning, APIs, and data infrastructure
- Quantitative rigor and comfort with analytics and A/B testing
- Bachelor's degree

## Nice to have

- Experience in payments, fraud, risk, or another high-scale financial domain
- Master's degree or MBA
