## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in server, storage, networking, or rack-level hardware experience
- Several years in system or platform architecture and pathfinding
- Strong mechanical knowledge of data center hardware including cooling, packaging, and cabling
- Experience with electrical architecture and power distribution networks
- Understanding of data center infrastructure standards and regulations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical tradeoffs

## Nice to have

- Master's or PhD degree
- Experience designing GPU or accelerator systems
- Defined rack-level networking architectures such as leaf/spine fabrics
- Owned end-to-end SI/PI for complex platforms
- Led platform bring-up and validation at scale
- Technical leadership experience mentoring engineers or contributing to industry standards and patents
