## Summary

Dandelion Energy is hiring an experienced geothermal driller to drill vertical boreholes for residential and multifamily construction projects across Maryland. This role suits someone with 3+ years of drilling experience who is committed to safety, comfortable with heavy equipment operation, and excited about contributing to clean energy deployment.

## Required

- 3+ years geothermal or water well drilling experience
- Maryland-based or willing to relocate
- Licensed Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master Well Driller in Maryland
- Knowledge of drilling practices, grouting, site safety, and local regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and borehole logs
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and perform sustained physical labor in all weather

## Nice to have

- CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
- Experience drilling geothermal borefields for high-volume production
- Familiarity with loop installation and closed-loop geothermal components
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
