- 5+ years in product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, operations, advertising, digital media, or related field
- Proven experience identifying, developing, launching, or scaling a new product, market, customer segment, or commercial offering
- Demonstrated ability to identify and validate new opportunities beyond executing an existing roadmap
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to external product launches and integrated go-to-market campaigns
- Strong customer discovery, research, analytical, and market-sizing skills
- Commercial instincts around pricing, packaging, monetization, and revenue growth
- Experience working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and customers
- Strategic, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating without a playbook
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and learning

## Nice to have

- Experience in advertising, ad tech, media buying, publisher monetization, marketing technology, or digital media
