## Required

- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from accredited institution
- 5+ years progressive paralegal experience in corporate legal department or law firm
- Experience supporting commercial contracts, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and operational legal matters
- Experience partnering with attorneys and business stakeholders in fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
