- Proven leadership of complex implementation projects in CCaaS, UCaaS, or CPaaS environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical background with software development lifecycle knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- Business proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

## Nice to have

- Understanding of voice technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, VOIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
- Knowledge of contact center infrastructure (ACD, IVR, CTI, Dialer, SBC)
- Experience with Groovy, JavaScript, or scripting for integrations
- Advanced degree
- Relevant certifications in project management or software implementation
